  1. Customer Discovery Sprint workshop

I use a smart combination of proven problem-solving methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Service Design, and Lean Inception, that helps product teams to know their customer better so they can make informed decisions to build products people love.

In this training you’ll learn:

  • How to set and align a product vision collaboratively.

  • How to create a proto-persona, customer journeys, assumptions mapping, and service blueprints.

  • Effective brainstorming and feature prioritization.

  • How to Rapid-prototyping, sketching.

  • Master user research: best practices on create surveys, user interviews, and effective note-taking.

2. Continuous Discovery workshop

I combine Dual Track Agile methodology along with Design Spikes to incorporate the continuous discovery practice into your organization.

How it works:

The discovery team uses design spikes to collect and prototype ideas, test them, and prioritize an ideas backlog, so then the delivery team can build on prioritized-informed decisions to build the right product.

In this training you’ll learn:

  • How to start with Dual track Agile in your organization, understanding the mindset, roles, and processes behind it.

  • What’s a Design Spike, how and when to apply it to the process.
